I have worked directly with multiple international design consultants and developers gaining continuous exposure, insight, and practical relevant experience in the design and construction environment.
As a member of Design Management and Construction Teams, I have managed design and various construction processes using my commercial, contractual, programme, time awareness, and technical expertise. I have been in charge of liaising with and managing international design consultants and large and small scale contractors to produce their best work using their full experience, resources, and talents cost-effectively and compliant to current legislation, standards, and codes of practice.
From a personal perspective I place emphasis on accuracy and attention to finer details in all areas of my work and the experience gained while designing, managing, and implementing large scale local and international projects has equipped me with a range of strong design skills, project, and construction management experience, knowledge of local and international Design and Construction Standards, communication and teamwork skills together with a real, experience-based, insight and knowledge of the Design and Construction process and challenges associated with various programs.
