Job Description:

Souqify LLC is seeking an experienced and creative leader to head our Online Consultancy Team. In this role, you will act as a consultant guiding customers on interior design project and product across our various collections from product partners. Your expertise in interior design and sales will be key to enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Consultation & Customer Guidance:

o Provide personalized interior design advice, helping customers choose house finishing items that align with their style, needs, and budget.

o Guide customers through the purchasing process, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with their decisions.

o Create customized solutions that enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of customers’ spaces.

2. Team Leadership & Management:

o Lead, mentor, and manage the Online Consultancy Team, ensuring they deliver high-quality, design-focused customer service.

o Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

o Oversee daily team operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

3. Sales Growth & Business Development:

o Drive new business acquisition through strategic networking and lead generation.

o Increase product and service sales by leveraging market insights and engaging with customers effectively.

o Identify and capitalize on market trends to improve product offerings and sales performance.

4. Strategic Planning & Execution:

o Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets within set deadlines.

o Coordinate communication between clients and online retailers to enhance sales opportunities.

o Analyze market data to identify areas for growth and improvement in product offerings.

5. Product Knowledge & Demonstration:

o Stay current with trends in interior design and house finishing products.

o Effectively demonstrate product features, tailoring presentations to meet individual customer needs.

o Guide buyers and personal shoppers in selecting suitable house finishing items.

6. Strategic Leadership:

o Align the team with the company’s goals and objectives through strategic leadership.

o Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

o Collaborate with interior designers and provide training to enhance the team’s skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field would be an added advantage.

• Proven experience in interior design consultation, online sales management, or a similar role.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and sales strategies.

• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
